This programme is free to attend and will be limited to 25 spaces. Who is this course for? Tracking for Success /PALS will inspire and energise Black, Asian and minority ethnic emerging and mid-career leaders to explore and understand how active listening, questioning and experiences can provide learning opportunities and solutions to build outstanding performance. Tracking for Success/PALS is a pilot programme and is open to a maximum of 25 Black, Asian and ethnic minority leaders. Mid-career and emerging leaders will be asked to make a six-month commitment to take part as they embark on an affirmative journey to shape and develop their leadership styles. Working with peers and experienced facilitators participants will work on smart strategies to sustain their professional and career development plans. At the end of the process participants will be able to reflect on lessons learned and have built a powerful network of peer support.
