8 October 2007  Brussels, BelgiumThe European Commission is launching an
advance call for contributions from individuals and organisations that
believe they have a valuable contribution to share as part of the
European e-Inclusion Initiative in 2008. This briefing covers the
purpose and process of the call and is open to everyone, including
individuals and organisations that can act as multipliers - assimilating
and translating the key messages, passing them on through their own
networks, and helping stimulate organisations and individuals to make
