I would take a look on the MathWorks web site:

Hi everyone

I have tried to compile a cpp file to use it in matlab as a mexglx . I
compiled it already for windows and it works very well but in Linux it
doesn't work. When I run the compiled mexglx it give an error with some
matlab library.
I can run very well the mexglx from spm but I can run mine.
Any suggestion will be very helpful for me.
Here I am sending the code. It is very simple, just a cpp code to find,
in a mesh, the triangles that each point belongs.

Thanks,
