Do the items need to have names inserted? If they are shelved in class number order and the user is given the number (and possibly barcode number in case of multiple reservations on titles), there should be no necessity for names. This would be in a fairly open area, although fairly near to the help desk. I would be interested to hear from any other sites who have this model and how it works (or doesn't) for you? Please email responses to Mark Ramsden [log in to unmask] and he will collate for the list. Many thanks Helen
