Dear Tom and others, I am not sure whether the conjunctin analysis in SPM5 is based on Minimum Statistica cmpared to the Conjunction Null or not. This would mean that if two regions in two comparisons are conjointly significant, the changes in each of these regions in each comparison is also significant.
