Dear Claus,

are you sure your constant is zero? Its colour does not tell you anything 
about the actual value, you need to find out about this using "review 
design" and browsing the design matrix (I believe holding down left mouse 
and moving your mouse around will print design matrix values).
Things change after model estimation, because then your filtered (in 
time resp. non-sphericity) design matrix will be displayed.
