Yes, look at the example at the bottom of the configuration template:
/opt/edg/etc/edg_wl.conf.template
Put such a line in /opt/edg/etc/edg_wl.conf and restart the WM:
/etc/init.d/edg-wl-wm restart
Beware that YAIM will wipe out the change!
You could copy /opt/glite/yaim/functions/config_workload_manager_server
into /opt/glite/yaim/functions/local/ and add the parameter also there.
