Dear All

A District Nurse is looking for information on how to build capacity planning or capacity management into district nursing services, especially with regard to coping with crises. It may also be simply called district nursing 'service re-design', and/or the 'traffic-light' system.

She believes work has already been done on this in Manchester and Liverpool, and anything relevant would be published after 2002.

I have searched all the usual databases and not found anything with any substance. Google has come up with quite a few references, but again nothing of substance except for promising references to Kirklees PCT and Oxfordshire PCT (are there any library staff in those 2 places with more information?)

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance
