It will help you to future proof service planning in the light of ongoing changes in legislation. Aimed at strategic and operational managers as well as staff involved in direct service provision this event will address the concerns of how to identify and meet ever increasing requirements for access, equality and inclusion, in a time of diminishing resources. The course will be run by Janet Bell, Access Consultant to museums, libraries and archives, and Jane Harris, Customer Care & Equalities Manager for Somerset County Council, and will be a combination of presentations and workshops with plenty of opportunity to raise practical concerns and network with colleagues from other authorities.
