A one-day course aimed at everyone in libraries who deals with the public on a regular basis

Want to:

*	brush up your customer awareness?
*	Understand how to deal with challenging customers and situations
*	Give better service to users?

This course is practically focused, developed with library staff in mind, and has been successfully run with all staff in a major London local authority over the last year. Participants will gain a better understanding of what constitutes good customer care and how this applies in a public library.

This course has been devised by Alison and developed in partnership with the London Borough of Redbridge and London Libraries Development Agency.
