Apologies for any cross postings. The Records Management Society (RMS) is pleased to announce the following training course. Peter Kibby of Bramble CC will deliver a training course on Business Analysis Enabling Change at Stockport Town Hall on 28 June 2006. For most organisations, the introduction of an electronic document and records management (EDRM) system presents a radical cultural and information management change, and must be introduced in carefully managed steps. No positive change can be introduced without first identifying the required start and end points, and then working out the best route between them. Taking the business on this journey requires real knowledge of the organisation: it cannot be done to the organisation; it must be done by the organisation. This training day will give you the approaches and techniques you need to identify the start and end points and work out which will be the best route for your business.
