Full-time Research Studentships in Health and Social Care
Based in Milton Keynes

The Faculty of Health & Social Care is offering at least two 3-year
funded studentships for full-time study towards postgraduate research
degrees.  The Faculty has +3 FT recognition from the ESRC.

 

High quality applications in research topics within the health and
social care field are sought from qualified candidates.  Specific topics
of interest are detailed in the further particulars; most fall into the
following general areas: Children and Families (protection, parenting,
globalisation); Work-based Learning (social work and nursing);
Reproductive Health; Accommodation in Later Life; Care for Adults with
Long Term Conditions.

 

Applicants interested in parenting; children and young people; ageing;
end of life; learning difficulties; participative methodology or other
areas of research within health and social care may also apply.

 

Studentships commence on 1 October 2006 and applicants must reside in
the UK.
