Hello

I have to run my model on multiple datasets, for which I use automated
scripts for doing it. I usually set a burn-in of 1000 iterations and
further 10000 for parameter estimation. It is manually not possible for
me to run the simulations, due to large quantity.

At times I notice that convergence reaches at a much later stage. Is
there a way in which WinBUGS can automatically decide when convergence
have been reached and start collection data from that point. By force I
can run burn-in of 10000 iterations, but that'd take too much of
machine's processing.

Any ideas will be very helpful.
