Dear BUGS Friends, I'm running (or trying to run) a spatial epidemiological model (response is disease incidence). There are 698 "zones". I want to model the space effect with a car.normal based on adjacencies. I've also included a covariate, deprivation index, which is expected to have an influence on incidence. I run this and get the trap message "index out of range". I've looked and looked and can't find any inconsistencies with the indexing and vector lengths. So if you find a quick solution that would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance, Marco PS: I can attach files for anyone who wants to have a look. ------------------------------------------------------------------- This list is for discussion of modelling issues and the BUGS software.
