There is a calculator for this in Epi Info (available free from CDC) -
it is in 'utilities' called 'stat-calc' in the version I have (3.3.2)

Do you know where I can find a simple calculator of OR and their 95%
CI?
 
Catmaker doesn't return (OR and certainly not the CI of it) when
comparing alternative therapies or therapy and control and looking at
dichotomous outcomes.
