Dear List,
I'm trying to find out more about a Thomas Angrove of Camborne, who carried out a survey of Rumleigh Sett in West Devon in 1880. He seems to have been a mine surveyor of the type who made a living out of producing mineralogical reports for sett owners. He still seems to have been active as late as 1907, as a letter by him of that date is appended to the survey. The quality of the plans is not that good, but the geological detail seems ok.
Anyway, I'd be interested if anyone knows anything about him. Thanks in anticipation.
Robert Waterhouse
