medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture

> Today (9. April) is the feast day of:
>
> Mary Cleophas (1st cent.) This Mary was the mother of James the
> Younger and Joseph. She was present at the crucifixion and was one
> of the women at the Tomb.

Is she not also to be identified with the silent and unnamed companion of
Cleopas on the road to Emmaus ? Luke 24.13-32. ie she is unnamed and silent
because she is his wife.
