The consultant will be required to produce a roadmap for e-assessment which reflects the strategic developments taking place in the post-16 and higher education sectors. The roadmap will be used to inform JISC on any future e-assessment work under the e-Learning Programme and will also be used to inform policy makers and relevant national bodies who have an interest in e-assessment. The consultant's role will also include liaising with specific JISC e-assessment projects currently underway, to ensure that these activities align with and reflect the framework developed for the roadmap. Up to £12,000 (including VAT and expenses) is available for this project over a six month period (August 2005 - January 2006). Tenders should be submitted no later than 13:00 on Friday 15 July 2005.
