Dear All,

I am wanting to research women's experiences of knowing their midwife. i
am particularly interested in 'disadvantaged' women's experiences. By this
I mean - asylum seekers, socio-economically deprived, mentally ill, ethnic
minorities etc.

I Live in Stroud, Gloucestershire and was wondering if any one knew of a
caseload practice in the nearby vicinity - bristol, bath, birmingham,
gloucestershire, wiltshire, shropshire, perhaps dorset and somerset etc....

By caselaod I mean that each woman has a known midwife who aims to provide
the majority of care for the woman and attend the birth. The midwife may
work in partnership with another midwife, but there is a high levelof
continuity of carer...
