Hi I am preparing a spreadsheet calculating the cost of handling and storing paper and would appreciate information from anyone regarding the 'typical' costs of storing an archive box in off site storage and of retrieving a document or file from off-site storage. If the information is sent to to me off list I will post the results to the list if requested.
