Hi I can confirm that, in collaboration with Carolyn's family, a memorial Scholarship has been established in her name. The Carolyn Baylies Scholarship will be used to support research by an African woman on an African topic within Sociology and Social Policy at the University of Leeds. The Head of School is now accepting donations for the new fund. A gift aid form is available for UK tax payers, which enables the fund to reclaim additional money from each donation via the Inland Revenue.
