Thaks Tim for your quick reply. The problem is that I don't know what I have to do . I have to have a directory with the Bo and another one with the with b0 and the DWIs and other with tthe only the DwIs. Where I have to out the information about the gardient table? Or I don't have to inform that. I am sorry but I worked with DTI before but I never used FSL or with analyze. I could't find these informtion in the webpage.
