Hi, In the previous verion of FEAT, an option in the Misc Tab called "Cleanup first-level standard-space images" enabled me to keep standard-space images; yet this option is apparently removed in the newest distribution (FSL 5.4) and therefore the standard-space images will be deleted automatically after high-level analysis is finished. Is there any way that I can prevent those images from being deleted or that I can creat them (using featregapply??) by myself? thank! Best, Jia
