Hi -
I'm not sure what's causing this problem - If you can tar up the whole
input directory and put it on the web somewhere, I'd be happy to take a
quick look.

More generally, this data is not really appropriate for diffusion
tractography.

We would recommend at least 25 diffusion directions and image
resolution of 2.5mmx2.5mmx2.5mm or better as a good starting point.
