Thank you for your prompt reply to my previous message.

I'm trying to do a feat analysis for a sparse sampling design
(TR=12seconds).
In one of your previous messages you have suggested to handle  data as a
PET data, and to turn off prewhitening and any convolution models  and to
specify TR=1seconds  EV - custom 3 columns format;

The experimental design has 3 conditions + baseline condition.


I was following your advice and the results can be seen here:

The only thing that I do not undestand is that the activation map for some
contrasts c3,c4,c5 ,c6 are completely blank.


I have checked the report log file and I have found these 2 error/warning
messages that maybe can explain the results?
