We are having persistent e mail enquiries from 2 people - on average twice a day! from the same person. As details such as place, names and years are given they would fit with enquiries we answer free but the sum of the enquiries is so large. We do offer a paid research service for enquiries which would take over a quarter of an hour. Do any colleagues have any guidelines they use themselves in such circumstances?
