This course forms the first part of a 3 part series designed for Osteopaths, Physiotherapist, Students and all other approved healthcare professionals.

¨    Core stability is the control of the abdominal and spinal muscles and their interaction with the surrounding muscles of the trunk and lower extremities. 

¨    The aim is to reduce injury and enhance athletic performance by having balance and control of the musculo-skeletal system.

¨    The course aims to provide practitioners with knowledge and practical skills to enable them to help patients improve core stability and thereby minimise injury and increase performance
