Dear Mr Spicer,

Don't take any notice of Mr Johnson. He's not the only one who is cool, 
in what ever kind of way. I like lists and very much appreciated the 
advice you gave. I don't know where Boston is (is it somewhere near 
where you are now?) but it sounds like an interesting place. Thank you 
for your enthusiasms.
