Data Analyst -
£25 to £30k
p.a.
Our
Client is a leading publicly quoted property company and has a new post for a
data analyst.
Reporting to a Director, you will be responsible for establishing and
maintaining in house databases. You will be working with Directors at the most
senior level within the company and producing reports which are integral to the
decision making process.
You
will have excellent computer skills,
including Access, and be comfortable
handling large quantities of data and processing information. You will need to
demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and be numerate. Confident and
capable of gathering the correct relevant information, you should be
self-motivated and willing to challenge. You also need to be methodical and
organized. You will be educated to degree level and have approximately 2-3 years
commercial data research experience, some of which must be in a property
environment.
You
must have a relevant work permit and be located in the
