Hi, I am encountering problems with logging into the blackboard online support site... http://support.blackboard.com/ from within blackboard itself. The login details are correct as my colleague uses the same details and is able to gain access I have tried clearing my cache, deleting cookies etc. Has anyone else been encountering problems of this nature?
