We are increasingly being asked, especially by our users researching their family trees, if they can use their laptops in the library. I would be interested in finding out what policies other authorities have adopted on this and particulary how you have got round the health and safety, electrical testing issues and the implications it has had on your electricity bills plus any other issues/problems you have had to address.
