Vol 4: Wales, Cheshire & Shropshire, 221pp, ISBN 1-901522-61-X and costing UKP 24, it covers steam engines used in mining and mills, quarries and docks. There are a number of water wheel and industrial locomotives a well. There is an introductory section about Watkins and his work, including details of the new memorial volume about him published by ISSES (the International Stationary Steam Engine Society).
