wall paintings, and icons represent various saints with the name
Paraskeve (of Epibata, of Iconium, the Roman, etc.)].
        IN:  Byzantinoslavica: Revue international des études
byzantines 56, 3 (1995): 753-757.
        The article includes 10 illustrations among which you will
find Saint Paraskeve as a cephalophoros saint, holding her severed
head.

This is the only reference to Saint Paraskeve currently in the
Medieval Feminist Index.
