I feel that Henry Gould is also quite remarkable, as Kent: They both look
striking, as to minimize their aesthetical qualities and effects on me:
their glances, their pose, the half-smiles on their contemporary faces,
their chests, wide and generously offered to the audience, the secularity
of their clothes (priest-like but also strangely transgressive, the style
of their hair, their presence against the lucky backgrounds which support
their images as icons: beautiful: too beautiful.
