Tom, you are making a very good point! With some fear of getting off-topic: Rumour (or was it humour?) has it, that 9 months following a power-cut in New York, there was a significant rise in the city's birth rate. I have absolutely no idea whether this is in fact true, but it's a good story... But, Tom, there is a way out of this fear you have: Remember to switch off your water-heaters earlier than 7 pm.
