CHALLENGE EUROPE ON-LINE JOURNAL Shaping the European Debate www.TheEPC.be The European Policy Centre - Brussels' fastest growing think-tank - is also the home of the first interactive on-line journal on the key policy issues facing the European Union. The prestigious new Internet journal - Challenge Europe -is designed to fill the vacuum in serious debate on European Union policy.
