The European Policy Centre - Brussels' fastest growing think-tank - is also
the home of the first interactive on-line journal on the key policy issues
facing the European Union.

The prestigious new Internet journal - Challenge Europe -is designed to fill
the vacuum in serious debate on European Union policy. It is available free
of charge on the Internet thanks to the Sponsorship of BT.

Challenge Europe encourages high-level discussion across Europe and beyond.
Each issue is updated as events evolve, and offers its readers the chance to
react directly to the contributors. Current themes include the ongoing
Intergovernmental Conference, Enlargement, and the role of the EU in the
world.

Contributors include leading policy makers, journalists and academics,
including Javier Solana, Chris Patten, Jacques Delors, Shada Islam, Charles
Grant, Vaclav Havel, Neil Kinnock, Juliet Lodge, and Max Kohnstamm.
