Then Gorgonius and Dorotheus, two other officers, filled with indignation, exclaimed, "Why, sire, dost thou thus torment Peter for what we all profess in our hearts?" The emperor at once ordered them to execution, together with Migdo, a priest, and many other Christians . . .
