Dear colleagues, I wonder if a few of you might venture to produce here your opinions, judgments, critiques, appreciations, etc. of Marsha Colish's book, "The Medieval Foundations of the Western Intellectual Tradition, 400-1400." I suspect it will find its way into classrooms as an undergraduate or graduate text, and I'd like to hear what others think of it.
