Dear colleague,

In the Map Department of our library we keep a Chinese world map by
Francesco Sanbiasi (ca.1648). As far as we can trace, there are only two
copies of this map known to exist: the one here in Ghent and
another map, wich was part of the famous collection of Thomas
Phillipps. This collection was offered for sale in 1950 and we
have no record of what happened to the map. Can you help me
any further in this matter?
Thank you and best regards,

Lucie Zabeau.
