Dear Lukas, > I wonder if there is any possibility to directly extract the > thresholded statistical map at the resolution of the "anatomical > underlay". Using "write filtered" I get the data off at the resolution of > the FMRI data. The SPM is created from the fMRI data, so has the same voxel size as that data. If you change the normalisation default voxel size and renormalise the data then you can create SPMs with smaller voxel sizes. But beware of too much sub-sampling: the spatial resolution of the functional data is ultimately constrained by the resolution at which that data was acquired from the scanner. best wishes, Geraint -- Dr. Geraint Rees Wellcome Advanced Fellow, Lecturer, Division of Biology 139-74, Institute of Neurology, California Institute of Technology, University College London, Pasadena CA 91125 London WC1N 3BG voice 626-395-2880 020-7833-7472 fax 626-796-8876 020-7813-1420 web http://www.klab.caltech.edu/~geraint -- %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%
