Advanced conference information Alan Howarth MP, Minster for Arts, DCMS has recently confirmed that he will provide the keynote lecture at the CoFHE Millennium Conference in Cardiff, Wales, UK on 17 April 2000 at 1.45pm. Mr Howarth will outline the current policy developments and agenda for libraries within the UK in addition to outlining important developments within the four home countries.
