Our Blackboard<->WebPA link runs over the OSCELOT Basic LTI Tools Building Block.  Normally I don't have access to the WebPA URL because it's set up to open in a Frame in Blackboard (not sure why, that predates me).  However I flipped over launch settings just now to "New Window".  When I manually reset the year in the URL I still saw no previous year's assessments under "Marked" or "Closed" tabs (or under "My Assessments" in the sidebar), nor any of my Forms under My Forms.



It was useful to me that Paul Newman pointed out [9 December]:



"Later releases of WebPA OS only show years in the 'my assessments' drop-down box for which assessments exist for that user"



I had not realised that, but I don't think it's the whole story, because I do see my old Forms when I click "Clone Form", so via that route at least WebPA is able to associate me with Forms I have created in the current year and previous years.  "Clone Forms" does not offer a route to edit an old form, though, which "List Forms" does.



Unfortunately it's hard for me to really look at this because our WebPA is hosted elsewhere.

Hi to all



I use the following simple fix.



Click on "my assessments"



Click the "Marked" tab



Change the value of "y" in the URL to read 2015 (or lower) rather than the default 2016



.../assessments/?tab=marked&y=2015



The previous year's assessment will now be available on the web page.
