I remember there was a heated debate about this long ago, but I can't
recall which ordering got preferred.
e.g. to me it makes sense that, when the email comes round it can be acted
on immediately as the RPMs are already in the repo.
Else the email's not that much use, and there are other tools e.g.
Pakiti that can watch the repo for me.
