Hi Jose,
you are correct in that the masking option is not available in the GUI,
but you can achieve the same effect if you mask the image with the mask
before passing it to the segmentation routine. If the regions where the
lesion is is set to 0, the segmentation routine will ignore it (this
effectively is cost function masking). See some previous posts on the
list to see how this is achieved.
