* The iPad does have a USB port - that is the "power slot" at the bottom,
* SD is obsolete, unless you like Wii games or cameras ;)
Use cloud serving instead - my Dropbox integration is magic. And you can
get a cloud enabled camera now.
* Not sure what you mean by HDMI, but I can stream HDMI video to and from

* File system sharing can be implemented through apps - Dropbox integration
provides multi-app filing with remote backup built in. Or you could use

* Bendy angles??? I have yet to see a flexible computer. Perhaps with OLED
