A Postdoctoral Research Associate position is available in our group at the University of Oxford. The post is funded by the EPSRC and involves the experimental study of reactive ion-neutral collisions under cold conditions.
Applicants should have (or be about to receive) a PhD in experimental Physical Chemistry or a relevant area of Physics. Expertise in the use of laser systems and high vacuum technology is required; experience with ion trapping techniques and instrument design would be advantageous.
