I have been commissioned to review our use of unobtrusive testing and would like to hear from anyone who is using a mystery-shopper style assessement of public libraries enquiry services.
If you have conducted such exercises in the recent past, please let me know what methodology you have used and what views you have on how effective the testing has been.
