We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Team Leader within our Resources and Collections team. The Team Leader will manage a team of knowledgeable and committed information Assistants who are motivated to provide a good service. The post holder will be responsible for book acquisitions, including managing the Talis Aspire reading list software, and help develop policies and guidance to develop the Library’s collections. Attention to detail is also important in the role as the Team Leader is responsible for the accurate collection of financial information and usage statistics. The post holder will have good communication skills as they will be expected to forge relationships with academic and professional service departments in order to develop the collections.
