Where does the water come from in these Derbyshire cases of building

Well, the situation is a bit complex. Where a bucket is used, the water is
almost always tap water. However, there are also tap dressings in
Derbyshire, where communal taps have petalled boards placed around them.
Additionally, there are also dressings that are not around a water source,
but that commorate an event, for example the arrival of piped water in the
town, although I can't remember where this happens.
