Can I just say how attractive the KipSoc web page is - and extremely
useful. I have just been browsing through the stories by alphabetical
order and collection, and saved myself a lot of time.
Two odd questions someone may be able to help with:
A) What is the name of the story where Kipling is on a train, and an
American visitor gets himself tied up in knots with British
etiquette? It is one of the farces where K says he has to book into a
hotel room to laugh it off.
B) In the list of collections "Wee Willie Winkie" appears in three
parts, but with the same date. Did it appear in sections, or was it
updated in some way?
P.S. WHAT is a deodar?
